How I work and what I do...

I use an integrated approach to our counselling work, which means I use many differing methods that best fit your needs.

I work as a psychotherapist (deeper work), a counsellor (listening and being there) and a Three Principles coach (gently guiding you).

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy helps you understand your thoughts, feelings, and actions and teaches you how to deal with them.

Counselling

Counseling is like talking to someone who can help you feel better when you're struggling with your emotions or thoughts.

Coaching

Coaching is helping you achieve goals that align with what you want and value. Overcome doubts, learn new skills, and more.

I offer personalized coaching to help you improve your writing skills, develop your unique style, and achieve your writing goals.

Our Sessions...

In our sessions, we will use creativity to express ourselves in different ways, like writing, art, or music. If you come to my office, I have a sandbox we can use to help with a kind of therapy called Gestalt therapy, where we’ll talk about things as if they were in the sandbox. We’ll also use a method called the Empty Chair Method. Keeping a journal and talking about dreams can help you feel better too.

These tools aim to bring you back to the present and alleviate fearful thoughts, especially in times of stress. I will guide you in trusting the process, yourself, and your life story.
